Jatin Maniar
President & CEO, Founder
Jatin Maniar is President, CEO and a founder of SenseIQ. He has more than
8 years of experience in marketing, management and engineering and was
most recently Manager of Product Strategy for VeriSign's managed
security services products. In this role, Jatin was responsible for
defining product strategy and developing international markets. In
addition, he created the product strategy for VeriSign’s phishing
response service. Jatin worked closely with corporate development,
marketing, sales, engineering, research and operations at VeriSign, and
played an instrumental role along with sales in closing a number of
strategic accounts. He also managed the company’s global channels and
was as senior member of the international consulting team which ensured
the success of VeriSign's channel partners.
Jatin is a member of TiE’s (The IndUS Entrepreneurs) Silicon Valley
Chapter, a not-for-profit global network of entrepreneurs and
professionals, and participates in the organization’s Software Special
Interest Group (SIG) board.
Jatin received a M.S. degree in computer
engineering from Brigham Young University, and a bachelor’s degree in
computer engineering from University of Bombay. He has completed
executive management education courses from the University of California
Berkeley's Haas School of Business as well as from Stanford University. |

Hitesh Kalra
Chief Technology Officer, Founder
Hitesh Kalra is Chief Technology Officer and a founder of SenseIQ. He has
more than 8 years of experience in engineering, management and product
architecture and has worked at a number of start-up companies.
Hitesh is a member of the US delegation to the ISO /IEC JTC1/SC31/WG5
committee for developing International RTLS standards (ISO 24730-5).
Hitesh was most recently at RFCode, reporting directly to the CTO, where he was
responsible for the technical development and management of the
company’s advanced RFID software products. While at RF Code, Hitesh
managed RFID implementations at key strategic customers while also
supporting OEM channel partners.
Hitesh was previously the technical lead responsible for architecting and
deploying highly-reliable mission critical infrastructure for VeriSign's
digital certificate solutions. He was also the lead in deploying
VeriSign's security infrastructure at international affiliates. His
prior roles at VeriSign include technology evangelist for the
development of innovative digital commerce and security applications for
multiple customers including Fortune 500 companies.
Hitesh earned a B.S. degree in computer science from Arizona State
University. He is an active member of TiE Silicon Valley.

June Lim
Head of Asia Pacific
June Lim heads SenseIQ's Operations in Asia Pacific, including Sales, Field Services, Consulting Services and Marketing.
He joined SenseIQ from KPMG, where he worked closely with executive management on IT audit and advisory projects
which assist clients in identifying risks and establishing appropriate controls and security measures using information systems and technology.
Prior to KPMG, he served as senior IT consultant at Symantec, Atos Origin and VeriSign.
June holds multiple professional certifications including Cisco, Microsoft, Checkpoint and CISSP. He earned a B.S. in Electrical and
Computer Engineering from the Ohio State University and has an MBA degree from the University of Hong Kong.

David Bostwick
Chief Financial Officer, Consultant
Previously, Dave was the founding CFO of Intelleflex which is developing
advance RFID tags and readers and was the founding CFO of Unity
Semiconductor which is developing next generation non-volatile memories.
He has participated in the raising of over $40M in venture funding for
start-ups he has founded and mentored.
Dave has over 35 years of financial and strategic business management
experience in high technology, having served as Director of Financial
and Strategic Planning for Advanced Micro Devices and as a strategy
consultant with Booz-Allen Hamilton and Bain and Company. Early in
career he was technology analyst with Standard and Poors’ investment
management subsidiary, S&P InterCapital.
Dave holds a B.A. degree in Physics from Harvard College, an M. S. in
Physics from the University of California at Berkeley and an MBA from
Harvard Business School.

Brent Lang
Advisor
Brent Lang is Executive Vice President and Acting CEO of Vocera
Communications, Inc. He was previously Vice President of Marketing and
Business Development at Vocera for more than five years. Brent was an
early member of the Vocera team and led the development of the company's
marketing and product strategies. He has been directly involved in
venture capital fund raising, company strategy and branding, and
go-to-market channel strategy.
Brent joined Vocera from 3Com Corporation, where he was the Senior
Director of Marketing for their Digital Home Products. He managed
marketing, business development, and product management for the
broadband cable and DSL modems and the home networking products. During
his six years at 3Com, Brent was involved with a variety of marketing
roles, including co-founding the home networking division and managing
the rapid growth of the Fast Ethernet network interface card business.
Prior to 3Com, he worked as a Strategy Consultant for Monitor Company,
advising Fortune 500 companies.
Mr. Lang earned his B.S. degree in industrial and
operations engineering from the University of Michigan and his MBA from
the Stanford Graduate School of Business. |

Naresh Batra
Advisor
Naresh Batra has more than 30 years of semiconductor, communications, and
networking industry experience in design and development, marketing, and
P&L management. He also has extensive experience in start-up companies
including roles as a Board member and consultant to Display Research
Lab. From 1998-2000 Naresh served as Interim Chief Executive Officer of
UptimeOne Inc. Prior to UptimeOne, Naresh was President and CEO of XaQti
Corp. San Jose CA, a gigabit networking chip company that he co-founded,
which was acquired by Vitesse Semiconductor Corp. in July 1999. Prior to
XaQti, Naresh was Vice President and General Manager, of the Multimedia
Group at Sierra Semiconductor (now PMC Sierra). He was previously Vice
President and General Manager at Brooktree Corp. (now Conexant), San
Diego for more than five years and was part of the team which took
Brooktree public. Before joining Brooktree, Naresh spent 11 years at
Texas Instruments, Dallas (1977-1988), in various executive positions.
From 1985-1988, he directed the worldwide linear strategy at Texas
Instruments under Tom Engibous, who is now the Chairman, President & CEO
of Texas Instruments. Naresh’s career started at A.B. Dick Co. (now a
division of GEC) in 1973, where he spent four years as a Project Manager
designing advanced office information products.
Naresh holds an M.S.E.E. from Marquette University, Milwaukee Wisconsin
and an MBA from the University of Dallas, Texas. He is a member of the
IEEE and also a registered professional engineer from the State of
Illinois. Naresh has published many papers and articles on a variety
of technology topics over the course of his career and holds 12 patents
in RFID.

Dr. Nissim Ozer
Advisor
Dr. Nissim Ozer has served as RFCode's Chief Technology Officer and
Executive Vice President since July of 2000.
Prior to joining RFCode, Dr. Ozer served as a
consultant with International Consulting where he designed algorithms
and programmed client server systems in a variety of markets.
Previously, Dr. Ozer served as Director of IT and Senior Developer at
UStel, where he managed Information Systems departments in Las Vegas and
Seattle and developed artificial intelligence algorithms and rapid data
processing software. During the early 1990s, Dr. Ozer was a Graduate and
Postdoctoral Research Associate at Purdue University, where he focused
on artificial intelligence algorithms. At Purdue he also coordinated a
bi-national (USA-Israel) sensor-development research project where he
held managerial and budgetary responsibilities. Prior to attending
Purdue University, Dr. Ozer was an Analysis and Design Engineer for
El-Op in Rehovot, Israel. |
